Common Questions
How are people matched?
We make sure every match is unique and fresh. The system cycles through all possible combinations before anyone meets twice, so everyone gets a fair shot at connecting. You can configure group sizes from 2 to 5 people per meeting.
Does it work with Microsoft Teams?
Currently, meetings are scheduled via Google Calendar with Google Meet links, and notifications go through Slack. Microsoft Teams support is on our roadmap.
Can we opt-out during vacations?
Absolutely. Each employee controls their own availability by selecting which days and periods (morning, afternoon, or both) they're open for meetings. You can also leave any opt-in campaign at any time and you'll simply be removed from future rounds.
Is my calendar data safe?
We only read your availability to find overlapping time slots between group members. Names are never revealed before the meeting — participants only see shared interests as icebreakers. Your company's data is completely private and never shared with other organizations.
What if I'm shy?
That's exactly why we exist. Matches are anonymous until the meeting starts — you only see shared interests, never names. Meetings are short (15 or 30 minutes), low-pressure, and there's zero prep needed. Just show up and have coffee.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel any individual match from the app. If you want to leave a campaign entirely, just opt out — you'll be removed from future rounds while your past meetings stay in your history. For your account, the free tier has no commitment and no credit card required.
